Catalyst After Town Hall
Value Propositions
In case you missed it, here is a brief recap of our After Town Hall discussion recently. It was a great conversation, and we discussed the importance of entrepreneurs creating a clear and measurable value proposition for their business in the Cardano Community. We discussed how a strong value proposition should be customer-focused, iterative, and focused on product-market fit. We also talked about how open-source projects can benefit from having a value proposition. Testing a value proposition is important, and we shared some methods for doing so, like public polling and social media outreach. We also touched on the upcoming topic of sales strategies and the importance of having a solid business model before going to sales. Overall, it was a great discussion, and we had some really insightful contributions from the participants.
