DripDropz Announces Community Tokenomics Vote to Adopt Proof of Liquidity Approach
DripDropz is transitioning from a traditional blockchain-wide distribution system to a Proof of Liquidity (PoL) approach, designed to reward users who actively contribute to the liquidity of the $DRIP token. To date, DripDropz has distributed 6.04% of the total token supply, with 93.96% remaining.
The DripDropz community tokenomics vote will consist of three separate voting events, addressing:
the timeframe for replacing $DRIP Blockchain Wide rewards with Proof-of-Liquidity rewards
the fate of the remaining undistributed $DRIP supply
the rewards to incentivize ADA/DRIP liquidity
The first vote begins on Tuesday, May 14th, at 6 PM Eastern, allowing community members to choose from four options for the transition timeline. Voting this round ends: 24 May 2024 6:00 PM. Following the completion of the first vote, rewards for holding $DRIP and consecutively Dripping each epoch will cease.
DripDropz invites all community members to participate in this historic decision-making process and help shape the future of the platform by adopting a Proof of Liquidity approach, creating a more robust, stable, and rewarding ecosystem for all participants.
